Scope of Work - Three Oaks Aquatics Center
Our scope of work on this project included the partial demolition of the existing pool and bathhouse and the complete demolition of pool decks, site improvements and fencing. The existing 3,000 sq. ft. bathhouse and 4,400 sq.ft. swimming pool were completely renovated along with the addition of a 6,164 sq.ft. competition pool, 1,600 sq.ft activity pool with "Aquaplay" interactive play feature and a 800 sq.ft. slide receiving pool with one 165' water slide and one 145' water slide. Other site improvements included the installation of over 27,000 sq.ft. of concrete flatwork and pool deck and 1,200 Linear ft. of fence.
